General Annual Membership gets you a 12-month membership to the Pickleball Club.
Resident $100.00 annually. Membership will be 12 months from the date of sign-up.
Non-residents $110.00 annually. Membership will be 12 months from the date of sign-up.
Resident vs. Non-resident | ARD requires our club to have a price difference for residents and non-residence. Basically, if you are paying ARD taxes you are a “resident”. Your mailing address will verify. If you are located in the city limits of Auburn or the un-incorporated area and you pay ARD taxes- you are a resident. If you are South of Auburn and NOT in the city limits, you are likely NOT a resident. If you are north of the Dry Creek/49 corridor you are likely NOT a resident. Lake of the Pines area is a non-resident. Meadow Vista is considered “resident” because you do pay ARD taxes.
